Excellent communication and service

Excellent communication and service. They went out of there wat not to cause any inconvenience and are obviously focused on customer retention with clear comms, providing options and good will gestures.

Service has been amazing

Service has been amazing. Hannah who dealt with my complaint has been super helpful even though it was my mistake when ordering! Really appreciate the excellent customer service!! Definitely the best customer service I have received!

Last night my son was using the torch…

Last night my son was using the torch on his phone, as his friend was looking for something on the floor in the dark - as his friend stood up, he knocked the phone out of my sons hand, onto the floor. The screen protector and screen underneath smashed instantly - and the screen is no longer working.
The phone was new in July, this is when we purchased the case and screen protector - and we are extremely surprised and disappointed in the quality of this product - not only is it pretty expensive, but you claim that:
"Expensive screen replacements and repairs will become a thing of the past."
It says in the product description on your website that the screen protector is:
"Made from 9H hardness tempered glass, the Tempered Glass Screen Protector offers reliable drop and scratch resistance".
Other members of our family also use your products, but we're now worried that the same fate will happen to our (very expensive) iPhones. I've contacted customer services and am looking forward to a speedy reply.
Update: Hi Ann, after 12 hours - I haven't received any emails from you.
Hello again - nope no emails or in my junk folder. Is there a less public way that i can check you have the correct email address? The order no for the case and screen protector was #UK-233988.
Update 30/4/21 I replied to the email from Joreen on 28/04/21 but haven't yet received a reply. Can someone please respond ASAP? Id like to get this sorted as my son is currently without a phone.

They try but I am requesting a refund

Ordered on 5 March, unfortunately shipment did not come, so i enquired around late March. Customer service was prompt and sent out a replacement shipment. However it’s now been weeks and 2 months since i made my order and nothing has arrived. They try but unfortunately can’t get shipping right.

Great protection combined with style !!

I saw a few reviews saying they were an expensive case but like everything in life you get what you pay for, I would never trust another case on my phones, hands down the best cases I have ever come across

Rapid and helpful customer service

I initially thought that there was no shipping outside of the UK. However, I was quickly contacted by customer service and directed to a different website which allowed me to select a different shipping destination. I am happy with the customer service and the product.

Mous provides peace of mind

When you purchase a product to protect another product of high value, it`s more important than anything else that you trust it will do the job should an accident happen. Mous` reputation, professional web site, packaging, and design combined make me trust that my Mous case will protect my iPhone. It provides peace of mind.

Accidentally ordered the wrong case

Accidentally ordered the wrong case, contacted customer service within a few minutes. I was told the window to amend the order was very short and I was too late.
It was a further 2 days before the case was dispatched.
I have attempted to contact customer services a further twice to try to swap for the correct case but all my emails have been ignored.
